Was quoted 39 for part was charged 69 for part ,looked up part with gm part #84461482 it’s even lower than the first quote .

Brian Phillips from Peru Jeff Perry was my salesman for my purchase at the Rochelle location. He explained everything regarding the 2025 Eqinox very well and was thorough and informative. The staff at Rochelle Jeff Perry assisted him and were helpful and courteous as was Brian. Came in for an oil change. Replaced the cabin filter and then 5 sensors valve stems.

Richelle does a great job of setting things up and getting them done very quickly! We always are pleased with the experience!

Staff were knowledgeable and interested in getting a sale done, but not pushy - which can be a tricky line to walk (we experienced both extremes in our car search). And they were friendly, making a long day for us (including traveling from 1.5 hours away) a pleasant experience/memory.

I truly love my Chevrolet Bolt. I called because I noticed the finish peeling on my roof rail and they got me in right away to check it out and order the part. I was called when the part came in and they set me an appointment for the following day. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The Rochelle, IL staff was exceptional. I traveled 2.5 ours from Wisconsin because they offered the best price. The communicated exceptionally well and were so kind and caring when I arrived. Everyone is very friendly but 2 hours and 20 minutes seems a little long for tires and oil change but overall very happy with service

They are the best. I love my new Bolt and they make me feel very important when I come in. They always make sure that I can get a ride to work and offer to pick me up. I think yall do a great job and I don’t have to worry about a thing. It’s pretty quick with all the check ups with an oil change. When I was in the waiting room tho; I wanted to cash a 5$ for 1$s and that took longer than I thought it should have. I don’t get impatient at all. I just wish the lady sitting there could’ve at least said what’s up and didn’t ignore me haha. I could’ve said hey or something but I noticed she was busy. And another lady looked at me and I gave her a smile and got nothing but uh back to work kinda deal. Just a quick thing doesn’t take that long right? I don’t care but those are the people I don’t want to be around. Other than of the office yall doing great.

Whenever I come to get the oil changed, I stay in the waiting room. I am always asked about having extra things done to the car. I have learned to expect that. But this time, a sales person came and sat down to push buying or trading cars. I will, from now on, just drop off the car or take it elsewhere.

Was not to impress after my oil change got in my vehicle to leave and there was oil prints on my steering wheel, my shifter and arm rest to close door, windshield cleaner running down my tail gate that I had to clean.

Went here on 20 Sept 2025 to test drive a 2026 Equinox AWD EV. Had a beautiful 2023 Bolt EV (that I had out grown) to trade in. Jamie spent a great deal of time with me answering all questions, and on a thorough test drive. After, Melissa (Finance Manager) and Ronald Matula (General Manager) came in to Jamie's office, and we had a long talk. Not a sales pitch, rather telling about the history there, and their values, especially with EV's. Some very interesting history on how Ron pushed GM to allow the EV credit to be done at the Dealer instead of making the customer wait until they filed that years income tax. The only "shop talk" was me noting that I had expected more on my trade. Ron did say that if he could have it very soon (before the incentives expired on Sept 30th) that he could do better. I had done some looking already, plus got some quotes on line. Then I made an offer, which they accepted. So, I bought an Equinox on the Equinox! The closing went very smoothly, and Jamie promptly answered a question I just had. I am very satisfied with this Dealer, and will be having their Service Department install a trailer hitch next week. In summary, this is the best buying experience I have had at a Dealership in my over 5 decades of vehicle purchases. I've read the negative reviews left, and did not see any of that. Hopefully, you will give them a try, and have a great experience also.
