Great job

Went here on 20 Sept 2025 to test drive a 2026 Equinox AWD EV. Had a beautiful 2023 Bolt EV (that I had out grown) to trade in. Jamie spent a great deal of time with me answering all questions, and on a thorough test drive. After, Melissa (Finance Manager) and Ronald Matula (General Manager) came in to Jamie's office, and we had a long talk. Not a sales pitch, rather telling about the history there, and their values, especially with EV's. Some very interesting history on how Ron pushed GM to allow the EV credit to be done at the Dealer instead of making the customer wait until they filed that years income tax. The only "shop talk" was me noting that I had expected more on my trade. Ron did say that if he could have it very soon (before the incentives expired on Sept 30th) that he could do better. I had done some looking already, plus got some quotes on line. Then I made an offer, which they accepted. So, I bought an Equinox on the Equinox! The closing went very smoothly, and Jamie promptly answered a question I just had. I am very satisfied with this Dealer, and will be having their Service Department install a trailer hitch next week. In summary, this is the best buying experience I have had at a Dealership in my over 5 decades of vehicle purchases. I've read the negative reviews left, and did not see any of that. Hopefully, you will give them a try, and have a great experience also.

Cathleen kuehl was so very helpful. She explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable about the Chevy equinox I bought. She was very thorough. I'll be back, my wife thought I couldn't fine your place because I was home so fast. I was doing a fast for a pet scan. I would of liked plain water only had bubbly. I like bubbly but not with the fast I had. Love your waiting room. If you would like a coffee machine for the waiting room I have a spare new Lo'r machine I would give you with some coffee pods. One cup of this coffee you'd say where have you been all my life. All my service will go to you. Charles

Signed a fraudulent finance agreement and couldn't drive until completely redone and fixed via email. Once I looked at the print out copy I was shocked the number was well over $4,000 more than agreed and the financing terms were completely wrong, not what I pointing and selected while doing the contract. They tried lying and also tried to get me to drive back to the dealership, which is illegal. I didn't even get an apology. They said, "mistakes happen". I still have not gotten the video surveillance footage that I requested and probably won't. My opinion is stay away from the dealership in the first place. Shouldn't mess with a US Army vetrans money. Triple check everything they say, do and write. Amazing experience!

Always great service. Staff is friendly and helpful. That's more than I can say for GM corporate customer service. I called to get answers to my 2024 Cevy Z71 3.0 diesel. Now it has two software issues. DEF sensors when towing and now the cooling fan running on high when plugged in on sub zero days. I have called the 800 number several times in the two years I have owned the truck. No one from GM will return my calls with the progress on fixing the issues. I give GM customer help line a big zero. Thanks Jeff Perry for your service team. Please take my concerns to the corporate office. They are well aware of the issues. Professional, courteous, and very quick

If you want to go in excited about purchasing a new vehicle and leave with a sick feeling for being lied to. This is the place!

First off, I had to wait over an hour and a half for an oil change. Next the woman came out and told me to change my air filter and I asked the price and she told me so I declined as I did not have the funds. Then she comes back out a second time with the filter and says that he (the mechanic) wanted me to get it today, I told her once again that I did not have the funds that day, she then proceeded to say quite loud that a rats nest was found on the engine, almost felt like to embarrass me in front of the other people. Then she came back again and told me that I needed new tires, I only have 22,000 on the car there is no reason I should have to get new tires. At the end it felt like they saw me and decided that I was a young girl that didn't know anything and wanted to get out as much money out of me as you could. It seems quit sad that you feel the need to grab all of the money out of a young person that you can.

My salesperson Christian Garcia was excellent. The whole process was quick and easy.

Such nice, Friendly staff!

The service was good but I made an appointment and it took well over an hour for an oil change. It didn’t help that I was stuck in the waiting room with a wild child. Next time I’ll probably go to a quick oil place.

Laurie B in the office was extremely kind and helpful with adjusting my appointment and with checking out!! The service guys were prompt, got my SUV in right away, and completed the job in the time they said. My experience was not what I was hoping for. I came in for a scheduled oil change and arrived on time. It took 2 hours which is poor for such a simple service. In addition to that my rim was scratched when they rotated the tires. I pointed it out to the service girl and she handed me off to some guy. He pointed out that my rim already had a scratch that was worse than the one they did. Overall this experience left me thinking I will never go back or recommend your service.
